Every Bhava Engineering project, from a single home in Jaipur to an institutional building anywhere in India, follows the same disciplined process. You always know what is being built, what it costs and what comes next.
From first call to handover

Enquiry and first discussion
Call, WhatsApp or fill our estimate form. We understand your plot, requirements, budget and timeline.

Site visit
Our engineer visits the site to check access, levels, neighbouring structures, soil and any existing construction.

Design and drawings
We work from your architect’s drawings or coordinate architectural and structural design for you. The structure is always built to signed structural drawings.

Estimate and BOQ
You receive a detailed Bill of Quantities: items, specifications, brands or approved equivalents, allowances and exclusions. For homes, choose a fixed per sq.ft. package or actual cost + 15%.

Written agreement
Scope, specifications, payment stages and timeline are written into the agreement before work begins. Nothing is left to verbal promises.

Construction under engineering supervision
Excavation and foundation, plinth, RCC frame and slabs, masonry, electrical and plumbing, plaster, waterproofing, flooring and finishing. Each stage is recorded and shared with you. A Ground + 3 house typically takes about 11 to 12 months.

Quality checks at every stage
Steel is checked against drawings before every concrete pour, materials are received with invoices, and tests are done where specified.

Handover
Final inspection with you, snag list closed, and handover of your building with the relevant documents.
Pay as the work progresses
Payments are linked to construction milestones, not to dates. A typical schedule follows the stages of work: agreement, foundation, plinth, each roof slab, masonry, plaster, flooring and finishing, and handover.
The exact stages and amounts are written into your agreement. With the Cost + 15% option, every bill for materials, labour and site expenses is shared with you.
