Choosing a construction package is mostly about one question: where do you want to spend your money? The structure of your home should be the same in every package. The difference is in finishes you see and use every day. Here is a simple comparison of our Jaipur packages.
The structure is the same in every package
Footings, columns, beams, slabs, steel and concrete grade follow signed structural drawings whether you choose Basic, Medium or Luxury. If a builder offers a lower price by reducing the structure, walk away.

Who should choose Basic?
Families who want a complete, solid home within a firm budget, and are happy to upgrade the kitchen, wardrobes or ceilings later. It is also a good choice for rental floors.
Who should choose Medium?
Most of our clients. It adds the things that make daily life easier, such as a modular kitchen, wardrobes and better fittings, without moving into premium pricing.
Who should choose Luxury?
Homeowners who want premium bathrooms, large-format tiles, false ceilings and designer finishes as part of the original build.
When Cost + 15% makes more sense
If you want to choose every brand and finish yourself, the Cost + 15% option is often better. You pay the actual documented cost of materials, labour and site expenses, see every bill, and pay a 15% fee for management and supervision.
A tip: choose above the allowance only where it matters
Allowances are written in the BOQ. If you choose a tile or fitting above the allowance, only the documented difference is charged. Many clients pick a Medium package and upgrade just the living room flooring or master bathroom.
