Rates are preliminary, exclude GST, and are confirmed only after a site visit, a project-specific BOQ and a signed agreement. Brand names are examples; the final BOQ states the exact brand or approved equivalent.

Structural safety first
Footings, columns, beams, slabs and reinforcement follow signed structural drawings. We never reduce steel, concrete grade or member sizes to fit a budget.
Standard materials, on record
Regulated materials meet BIS requirements. Invoices and product records are kept, and tests are done where specified.
Everything in writing
Scope, allowances, exclusions, payment stages and timelines are written into the agreement before work starts.
